Local Media Express, a trade name of RJBronson Consulting Services LLC, provides digital media, marketing content, profile materials, website assessments, social media content, promotional materials, review-response content and related services. Scope is limited to the service purchased and information supplied by the customer.
Payment is due at checkout. Work is not scheduled until payment is confirmed. Payments are processed by Stripe and may be subject to Stripe's terms and policies.
Standard delivery is estimated at 3–4 business days. Rush requested delivery is 1–2 business days for an additional $50 per order and is subject to availability. Delivery periods are estimates, not absolute guarantees.
Customer non-response, missing or incorrect materials, incomplete information, requested changes, approval delays and revision cycles may pause or extend the delivery period. Third-party platform restrictions/outages, AWS, Stripe, Google or Meta outages, internet/telecommunications failures, severe weather, natural disasters, government action, labor interruption, force majeure and events outside our reasonable control may also extend delivery.
Applicable deliverables include up to two revision rounds. Requests materially outside the purchased scope may require a new order or additional fee.
A full refund is available before production begins. Once production begins, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
The customer represents that it owns or has permission to use all logos, photos, trademarks, reviews, testimonials, business information, copy and other materials supplied to Local Media Express. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and legality of supplied content.
Local Media Express does not guarantee rankings, placement, traffic, leads, inquiries, engagement, followers, reviews, sales, revenue, profitability, conversions or ROI. Search engines, social platforms, review platforms, customers, competitors and algorithms are outside our control. Organic visibility may require sustained work over many months and, in some businesses or competitive markets, 10 months or longer.
Services may relate to or depend on Google, Meta, Stripe, AWS and other third-party services. Local Media Express does not control their availability, policies, algorithms, approvals, restrictions or changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Local Media Express and RJBronson Consulting Services LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities or third-party platform decisions arising from the services. Any direct liability will be subject to limitations permitted by applicable law and the final attorney-reviewed production terms.
The final production terms will include attorney-reviewed indemnification provisions addressing customer-supplied content, rights, representations and unlawful or unauthorized use.
Checking the required acceptance boxes and submitting payment constitutes electronic acceptance of the then-current Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and applicable results acknowledgment.
Applicable law and dispute provisions will be finalized for Texas legal review before production launch.
